Starting in November, our regular Rope Flow workshops will take place at Tanzsportzentrum Stuttgart in Feuerbach. Join us to learn, move and find your flow together.
Whether you’re new to Rope Flow or already have some experience, these two-hour workshops will help you build your foundations, explore new movements and connect them into a flowing practice.
What to expect
- A guided warm-up to prepare your body for movement
- Rope Flow fundamentals and technique
- New patterns, transitions and combinations
- Exercises for coordination, mobility and rhythm
- Time to practise, ask questions and flow together
You’ll receive guidance suited to your experience, with space to learn at your own pace.
