Our first chapter: Alonissos 2026
In September 2026, we brought our first Ocean Flow Retreat to the Greek island of Alonissos. Together, we explored Rope Flow, Kettlebell Flow and Primal Movement, shared time by the sea and built connections that reached beyond the sessions.
This was the beginning of Ocean Flow — and of a community we can’t wait to bring together again.
The journey continues
Our first Ocean Flow Retreat brought movement, nature and community together on the island of Alonissos in September 2026. We’re now shaping the next experience. The destination and dates are still to be announced.
