The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

Therefore, you can benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. Poseidon Ropes GbR (hereinafter “the trader”) will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.

Additionally, as required by law, the trader has protection in place to refund your payments and where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes insolvent.

Key rights under Directive (EU) 2015/2302

· Pre-contractual information: You will receive all essential information about the package before concluding the contract.

· Liability: The trader is liable for the proper performance of all travel services included in the contract (including the all-inclusive accommodation at the Marpunta Resort on Alonissos, Greece, and the entire coaching programme with Rope Flow, Kettlebell Flow, and Primal Movement in September 2026).

· Insolvency Protection: Your money is secure and protected by an insolvency insurance policy.

· Price changes: The price of the package may only be increased under strict legal conditions and up to a maximum of 8%.

· Withdrawal: You may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee before the start of the package in the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).

· In case of deficiencies: You are entitled to a price reduction, compensation, or other remedies for any lack of conformity.

· Assistance: The trader must provide you with assistance without undue delay if you are in difficulty.

· Accommodation & Meals: All-inclusive stay at the Marpunta Resort on Alonissos, Greece.

· Coaching Programme: Daily sessions in Rope Flow, Kettlebell Flow, and Primal Movement led by certified instructors.

· Location: Alonissos, National Marine Park of Alonissos and Northern Sporades.

Poseidon Ropes GbR has taken out insolvency protection for your payments with R+V Versicherung AG.
